Does iPod Swap Shop sell any of my personal information?
Absolutely not! After successful completion of the transaction, all of your personal data will be erased from our servers, and at no time will we ever sell, rent, share, or give any of your personal data to any other company, group, or person.
What happens if you disagree with the condition that I chose for my iPod?
If we feel that the condition that you chose for your iPod does not reflect the actual condition of your iPod, we will reassess the condition of your iPod and send you a revised price via email. If you disagree with the revised price, we will ship your iPod back to you, free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that your iPod will not be wiped of all personal information at this time or that it will not be damaged during shipping return.
How do I get paid?
You can choose to receive payment for your iPod either by PayPal or Amazon Gift card via email. Regardless of the option you choose, the payment will be sent to the email address that you supply in the checkout process.
Can I sell you an iPod that is not on the list?

Will you remove all of my personal information?
Absolutely! We will remove all personal information on your iPod and overwrite it with totally new software. You need not worry!
I completed the online questionnaire for my iPod and submitted my personal information. What now?
We will be sending you a prepaid package to the address you supplied, as well as a return label to the email address that you supplied. This label should be printed out and affixed to the outside of the package when you receive it. Inside the packaging you will find a page of information telling you exactly how to safely ship your item to us.

SHIPPING YOUR IPOD:
What should be included with my iPod when I send it to you?
The only thing that should be sent to us in the mail is the iPod itself. Please do not send USB cables, earbuds, earphones, or any other accessories.
How long until I receive my prepaid packaging?
You should receive your prepaid packaging within 7 business days. To guarantee your quoted price, make sure your iPod is in the condition in which you reported it, and ship your iPod back to us within 10 days.
What should I do once I receive my prepaid packaging?
The prepaid packaging will most likely consist of an envelope with a bubble mailer inside. This bubble mailer is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronics. Also in the envelope will be a sheet of information. This paper, which includes how to ship your iPod, and information regarding your specific iPod condition and payment option. This sheet, as well as your iPod, should be put into the bubble mailer, and sealed by removing the self adhesive. Then, attach the return label that you will receive in the mail, and drop the package in a collection box, or take it directly to a post office.
When will I receive my payment?
After we receive and inspect your iPod, you should expect to receive your payment within 7-10 days maximum. If there are discrepancies between the reported and actual condition of your iPod, it may take longer for you to receive payment.
